Mooting
SIMPlified
Raffles Law Society's joint session at NTU@one-north on 7/10/2023 with DHS and SIMP covered legal arguments, case analysis, and the intricacies of oral arguments.

We dived into the Ng Huat Seng case, understanding tort law applications. The session also tackled the 2023 ALSA moot problem about a criminal road traffic case, with Mr Adam Ho's insights and practical mini-oral argument exercises.
Discussion Session
Our members visited Dunman High School for a joint discussion on the confidentiality clause in mediation. We delved into the ethical quandaries mediators faced, making for an insightful discourse.

We are grateful to DHS and its teachers for making this possible, and we look forward to future partnerships!
